Crypto-V Alliance officially launched its website at https://crypto-v.org, creating a central resource for professionals, researchers, and organizations working to strengthen cryptographic assurance and cybersecurity.
Crypto-V Alliance is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to building a stronger foundation for cryptographic assurance. Through education, research, validation, and collaboration, the Alliance unites stakeholders from academia, industry, government, accredited testing laboratories, certification bodies, and the cybersecurity community to address emerging challenges, share expertise, and promote the widespread adoption of trusted cryptographic technologies.
The new website serves as the primary hub for information about the Alliance’s mission, educational initiatives, membership opportunities, and upcoming events. Visitors can also learn more about the Alliance’s inaugural conference, FIPS ‘n’ Chips, which will be held on October 26th to 27th, 2026, at The University of Texas at Austin.
As a founding member of Crypto-V Alliance, atsec is proud to support an organization whose mission closely aligns with our own. For more than 25 years, atsec has been committed to improving the security of information technology through independent testing, evaluation, validation, education, and technical leadership. Throughout that time, we have worked closely with governments, standards bodies, technology vendors, and testing laboratories to help advance trusted cybersecurity technologies and internationally recognized security standards.

In addition to serving as a founding member, atsec is also organizing the inaugural FIPS ‘n’ Chips conference on behalf of the Alliance. The event will bring together leading experts from academia, industry, government, accredited laboratories, and certification bodies to explore the technologies, standards, testing methodologies, and validation processes that underpin trusted cryptographic modules. We invite everyone involved in cryptographic engineering, validation, compliance, and cybersecurity to explore the new website and learn more about the Alliance’s growing community and its upcoming initiatives.
